MODULE 2:  The Interview Process, How to Succeed in Interviews (presented by Simon Bowthorpe)

  • Who are head-hunters, recruiters, staffers, employers?  How can I tell the difference? What to expect and how to interact with each.
  • The interview process and stages
  • The objectives of an interview
  • Interview do’s and don’ts
  • How to answer difficult questions
  • What to do after the interview? Are the position and the employer the right fit for you?
  • Negotiating your salary

At the end of the course, there will be a Questions & Answers period.
